Payment Drop Box Relocation
Please be advised that the City of Russell Water & Sewer Department will be relocating the utility payment drop box to the current City Hall building.
This change is strictly a relocation for enhanced security of customer payments and for the safety of personnel responsible for collecting those payments. The City Council has approved moving the drop box to an interior location within City Hall.
The drop box will be securely installed in the door on the water department side of the building and will be clearly labeled for customer convenience.
Important Reminders:
- Do not place cash in the drop box.
- The City of Russell is not responsible for lost or stolen payments placed in the drop box. Customers who deposit cash do so at their own risk.

- Automatic bank draft (ACH)
- Check
- Money order
