Sewer Improvement Grant

The Town of Russell was recently awarded a grant from the Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program. This grant will go to fund improvement and repair to the town's sewer system. Work will start in 2024 with an estimated completion date of November 2024. Check back for updates! Notices for bids and other public documents will be posted to the website.
