Water Office Personnel Change

Russell Water & Sewer will have a new Billing Manager begining March 1st, 2025, Brea Timberlake. She is our current meter reader; she has done a great job as meter reader and servicing repairs as well, which she will continue to do. New office hours and emergency / after hours phone number has been posted in the Water Office window and at the Russell Post Office. Please extend Brea a warm welcome into this position!
