WATER RATE INCREASE

On July 8th, 2024 the Town of Russell City Council approved a 10% increase on all monthly water and sewer related rates and fees, which will take effect on bills due September 10th, 2024. This increase is a graduated step in anticipation of the results from the water and sewer rate analysis being performed by the Arkansas Rural Water Association. There may be a second graduated increase if the rate study is not completed by the September 2024 city council meeting.
